The Steady Response
$75 AUD per week
The Steady Response is a private, asynchronous container for working with your experience as it's happening. This is structured, real-time integration.
Many thoughtful, self-aware people can recognise their patterns clearly. They can feel activation building. They often know what's happening — and still find themselves pulled by it.
Insight alone does not stabilise what happens in the moment.
The shift point is brief. And most support doesn't meet you there. The Steady Response provides a way to work closer to that moment — without needing to schedule a session or step away from your life.
Across the week, you bring what you're navigating. A reflection. A situation that stayed with you. A moment where you felt the pattern begin — or where it carried you further than you wanted.
I respond with a considered reflection. Not immediate. Not reactive. But clear, grounded, and attentive to what you're describing.
Structure
1–2 submissions per week (written or voice note)
Thoughtful written response to each submission
Optional short audio response where it adds depth
Response within 24 hours

The Threshold Session
$225 AUD
The Threshold Session is a 90-minute private session designed to stabilise acute activation and introduce the process of building nervous system capacity.
We work directly with how stress is showing up in your body — identifying it, regulating it in real time, and establishing one grounded next step.
This is not therapy. It is not ongoing coaching. It is a contained, body-first intervention designed to interrupt overload and restore physiological steadiness.
For some, it remains a powerful standalone experience. For others, it becomes the first step into deeper capacity-building work.

The Coherence Practice
$1,200 AUD per month · 3-month minimum
The Coherence Practice is a private weekly container for building nervous system capacity and moving toward lasting internal coherence. This is sustained, body-first work.
Many thoughtful, self-aware people understand their emotional patterns clearly. But understanding alone does not stabilise behaviour under pressure. The nervous system learns regulation through repetition — not through insight.
We meet weekly to work directly with how activation appears in your body — in stress, decision-making, relationships, and the moments that previously pulled you off centre.
